(1)In November / December 2016 , DSS submitted report to the Senate that indicted Magu as corrupt and unfit to continue heading  EFCC .

(2) The Senate relied on Corruption report against Magu by DSS to reject his nomination to head EFCC as submitted by the President .

(3) Buhari led Cabalistic Government insisted that Corruption indicted Magu must continue in office even against Parliamentary confirmation of DSS corruption report on him . They insisted on Magu so that they will continue with 'agbata ekee ' deal .

 (3) In November 2017 , Magu , the chairman of EFCC claimed that EFCC recovered about N739 billion  within two years .

(4) In February 2018 , Magu ( EFCC Chairman ) claimed that they recovered N473 billion in 2017 alone.

( 5)  In March 2018 , with a letter dated February 9, 2018 and addressed to Magu , Mrs Adeosun ( The then Minister of Finance ) asked EFCC Chairman ( Magu ) for explanation on why he submitted only  N91.3billion out of N739 billion he said to have recovered to the federation account as computed by Accountant-General Office .

(6) Mrs Adeosun went further to state that her Ministry was only able to account for N91.3 billion recovered loot by the EFCC since May 2015 .

(7)  By implications , Magu 's EFCC must have looted over N500billion since they were only able to remit N91billion out of over N500 billion .

(8) It is of note that PDP has accused EFCC under Magu as a platform for corruption and a Political tool for President Buhari led APC Govt against Opposition parties.
PDP has been calling EFCC under Magu to accountable to Nigeria and not to APC cabals .

(9)  On November 16 , 2018 , President Buhari asked EFCC Chairman Magu to account for over N500 billion the agency recovered which they have looted .

(10) On November 19 , 2018 ( 3 days later ) , Fire gutted EFCC office and data room was completely destroyed .

(11) Did I also inform you that Mrs Adeosun ( The then Minister of Finance ) lost her job the very first day she wrote letter dated February 9 , 2018 demanding that  EFCC Chairman Magu should  account for ovet N500 billion his agency refused to remit ?

My position is that whether burnt or not , Magu and his cabals should not go free !

Buhari Regime is just the den of Executive Corruption !
